January 15 - sheet pan chicken thighs, sweet potato and broccoli
January 16 - chicken noodle soup
January 17 - fish burgers (made with leftover barramundi), leftover roasted veggies
January 18 - fish burgers (made with leftover barramundi), leftover roasted veggies
January 19 - chicken tacos? Ground chicken was on sale at Aldi. We'll see what happens.
January 20 - rice and beans and cheese quesadillas (super cheap meal)
